2. Arnold led the charge against GRAY DAVIS who , among other things, wanted to gouge CA DRIVERS CAR TAGS, ARNOLD was successful at getting DAVIS IMPEACHED, that's how ARNOLD CAME INTO POWER, NOW GUESS WHAT ?
