This pic makes Fergie look like a child, but when a 5'2 woman is with a nearly 6'4 man and she is wearing flats and his hat sticks up above his head a couple inches, of course he is going to be towering over her. Also the angle of the shot doesn't help.

A wide angle lens will do that. The picture was shot closer than one would first think, thus proportions between objects at differing distances gets exhagerated. Though taller, Josh is NOT 1/3 taller. Look how the uniform sized floor tiles look like they are shrinking.
