Arnold needs to do something to help California's legal citizens... there's an extremely enormous amount of ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS that are working for the Los Angeles Unified School District, Government, City, State and county jobs this is the reason so many legal citizens are unable to get jobs!!! I have done my research and they have been on the job for at least three years or more... WHAT A SHAME!!!!
