Thought it's well known that at her school Jessica -as a young girl- wasn't accepted as Hispanic by other Hispanics and neither was accepted by the Anglos as one of their owns, she is still presented as the one who refuses a part of her ancestry.
Besides that, why is anybody expecting a normal person to have a stupid smile stuck on her face when being photostalked in everydays' situations?
Jessica keeps getting film and publicity contracts in spite of some envious (American) bloggers hating her....

13. I don't know why TMZ is always bugging this girl about not speaking Spanish. The VAST MAJORITY of my co-workers are hispanic and most of them don't know Spanish. We had to hire a man from Venezuela to handle Spanish translations for our Spanish ads.
