With her friend Hanna Beth by her side, Miley Cyrus attended an '80s-themed rollerskating party in L.A. over the weekend -- but only after someone explained to her what the '80s were.
Although she looks and sounds like a 35-year-old, Miley wasn't born until 1992.

14. So they have on 70s disco pants and are flashing a 60s peace sign and wearing hippie headbands. Gawd. At least get your decades straight, girls.
If they truly wanted to dress like 80s girls, they'd have on some of those unfortunate acid-washed jeans. You remember those. They come up to your armpits and are tapered at the ankles and make everybody look like a fata$$.
Also a "Flashdance" shirt, and a banana clip in their hair. Dag those things were uncomfortable.
