No Joke -- Dane Cook's Brother Steals Him Blind

Dane CookTalk about keeping it in the family -- sources tell TMZ Dane Cook's brother (who was also his business manager) has been arrested for allegedly stealing millions from the comedian.

Darryl McCauley -- who was in charge of Cook's financial affairs since the 90s -- was arrested today by the Massachusetts State Police and charged with three counts of larceny and forgery.

Authorities say in one case, Dane's bro forged a $3 million check and deposited it in his account.

McCauley will be arraigned tomorrow in Woburn District Court.

15. Figures---typical New England Pats fans---they steal and elect a fruit who robs the country blind like Barney Frank and then they want us all to think Pats fans are all tough and manly. Give us a rest, we see the types you people elect.

Cooks are from Arlington, Ma----Barney Frank lovers from way back. Freaking New Englanders acting all tough and give us a goof like Frank. Can any of you explain the image vs the reality? Same for Red Sox and Bruins Fans too, throw in the Celtics, all irish tough guys are something----yet you give the country FRank a guy who helped make the housing crisis. Thanks a lot Massachusetts
