Matt Dillon's year is ending with a pop -- as in popped for going way, way over the speed limit in Vermont.
Law enforcement sources tell us Dillon was pulled over going over 100 MPH on Interstate 91 in rural VT, and had to be arrested because he was going so far over 65. We're told if he'd been doing 80-90, he could've gotten by with just a ticket. Instead, cops hauled him in for a little finger-printing and picture-taking session (see right).
Dillon was charged with excessive speeding and released with a citation.

Reminds me of the time i let my buddy drive my new gt, he hoped in we got on the ramp of the gighway, he punches it...i say hey dude if yyour going to break a hundred you better use two hands he laughs puts two hands on the wheel and looks down to notice hes doing a hundred and twenty and rising..lol he takes his foot of the gas we cruise for about 5 seaconds around the bend sits a state trooper, lol clocked at 113..lol it cost him alost a grand and his lisence is pulled for 6 months he may drive to work only..Carl4NY

What a shame. This guy is a huge COP fan. He has a lot of friends in the NYPD and has donated money to the Widows and Childrens Fund of Officers who were killed in the line of duty. Speeding...Its not the crime of the century. He is a very good guy.
