The 56-year-old resurfaced at some sort of event in New Jersey, looking 56.



Laraine allegedly had a strong rivalry with her fellow "SNL" cast member, the late Gilda Radner.

Although Newman has appeared in various TV shows, she has achieved greater success as a voice artist.

WTF is wrong with you people AND TMZ? She doesn't look 56 and she looks good and natural and happy.

These TMZ writes and posters need to take a look in the mirror before you rag on people. I have seen the TMZ people and not a one of them are very pleasing to the eye.

Her face looks great; her hair could use some work. Simple straight iron would do wonders. She looks good otherwise. Nice complexion.

I LOVED her in SNL back in the day, but like almost all the other cast members, didn't she have serious drug problems? If she did, she looks pretty damn good for 56!!

Gilda was better than Lorainne but they both made SNL along with Jane Curtain. No cast will ever beat that original cast - ever!

She is Jewish and in my never to be humble opinion was NOT as talented as Gilda. Never really did much after SNL--just bit parts. Even in the Coneheads movie she only had a bit part!
