Here's Illinois Governor Milorad "Rod" Blagojevich in Chicago last month (left) -- and Lyle Menendez, one half of the infamous Menendez Brothers, back in 1992 (right).

OMG, I had been racking my brain, saying to myself for some time now, "Man, this Blagojevich guy looks like somebody...I just can't pinpoint who, but man..." Yup, Lyle Menendez...and it's not just the hair either. Thanks for putting me out of my misery on this one TMZ. You guys are still bastards though.
