J.Lo and Marc -- Giant Lawsuit Over Baby Stroller

Jennifer Lopez & Marc AnthonyJennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are suing the pants off a stroller company after the singers suddenly wound up in a baby carriage advertisement without being asked first.

It's all over a picture of J.Lo and Marc pushing their twins in a Silver Cross stroller -- the company allegedly took the photo and used it in an ad without asking permission.

In the suit, filed yesterday in L.A. federal court, the power couple is demanding $5 million for their trouble citing their "substantial commercial value."

The duo is also seeking a permanent injunction against any further use of their names or images in the company's advertising and any money they made from the ad.

2. The only "substantial....value" regarding the twins photo is to camera manufacturers. These companies surely are happy to provide photogs with replacement lenses.

7. Really, do these people need the money so much that they can't share some publicity with anyone else? Come on now. I know they can't be feeling the recession that bad that they have to sue these people for all that much money. What's wrong, not enough news coverage anymore to suit you, sounds like jealousy to me..............

10. They don't do anything anymore. Since she had the babies her music sucks. They are both "washed up". $5 million for a picture?? Get over yourself... You arent worth that much in my opinion. Seeing her and her scronny husband isn't going to make me go out and buy it. I think she needs to have a reality check and realize her days are OVER.

15. Gee whiz, these 2 no talent, egotistical morons must think so too or they wouldn't sue. Must think that eventually the entertainment world is gonna give up on them and they need to get every dime they can while they can. I don't know why anyone would even consider either one of them for any kind of movie or concert since they have proven over and over again that no one thinks they are as talented as they do. Every movie she makes is terrible and while they can both at least can carry a tune they aren't special or high calibur.
