4. Phil spector isn't an ALLEGED murderer; Lana Clarkson was killed in his house, with his gun. He's definitely a murderer, despite what the idiots on his jury said (note to LA court system: no more hollywood morons on juries). And, he's got severe mental problems; he's pulled guns on people at his home before, as 3 people testified about at his trial. Best possible outcome for him? Life in the electric chair...
