Well connected sources tell TMZ Lindsay Lohan is "devastated" after learning members of Sam Ronson's family are taking steps towards getting a restraining order against LiLo.
After Us Weekly broke the story that Sam's mother and sister went to a Beverly Hills police station yesterday asking questions about the restraining order process, sources tell TMZ Lindsay has been an emotional wreck -- crying uncontrollably.
We're also told Sam has cut off all communication with Lohan -- and that Lindsay isn't handling it well. In fact, we're told people close to Lindsay are worried she "might lash out."

All you have to do is look at Lindsey to see that she is a time bomb waiting to go off. Sam was smart to break things off with her before her career was down the toilet too. The Lohan's are bad news and they are getting a bad reputation for their antics.

OMG! Why doesn't someone take control of Lindsay and help this woman! It's really sad to watch someone who had this great opportunity blow it when so many others struggle for years to try and attain a film career. She just needs to get out of the spotlight and concentrate on dealing with life like the rest of us do. So sad to be so young and so confused!

Ok not that I'm a big fan of either of these two I just have to say one thing, If you are 31 years old and really don't want someone in your life anymore wouldn't you get the restraining order yourself? It kinda seems like Sam's mother and sister are trying to make the decision for Sam. Which is a little messed up in my opinion , because no matter if Lindsay's crazy or not Sam gained from the relationship, and Lindsay lost alot.

Lindsey should be hysterical crying that she has no career, nevermind no girlfriend. Unless of course you can make a career out of appearing in public, cause that's about all she does.
