Howard K. Stern, 2 Docs: We're Not Guilty!

5/13/2009 1:55 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Howard K. Stern and two doctors, Khristine Eroshevich and Sandeep Kapoor, just pled not guilty to a pile of charges in the Anna Nicole Smith drug case.

The dynamic trio have each been charged with 6 felonies -- after a massive investigation that led prosecutors to charge that they funneled drugs to Smith in the years leading up to her death.

All three defendants had no problem with giving the D.A. handwriting samples that cops could use in determining who signed what prescriptions.

OK, this is enough already with the personal attacks on another poster. Time to stop responding to it (not that I ever have). IGNORE the troll, skip past it by scrolling on by and return to subjects of interest. Distraction of personal attacks on a poster are not to be dignified with responses.

Obviously, SWIM has always been a target by the VA people, jealous bloggers. The personal insults go way back to the early days and the same troll.

I would also state it is not so much about respect for HKS as it is about the lies and the injustice of certain lawyers and book authors as what makes most stand up and say, wait a minute! You cannot state on the air with millions of viewers that a man committed a crime.

Well said. VA supporters have always been confused with the fundamentals.

Regarding Dr. Hern; we recall that McCabe was instructing the Press outside of the Inquest from Day One that homicide was the only conclusion possible. This immediately after Coroner Campbell had told the assembled parties and the Jurors inside the Inquest just the opposite. Campbell's opening remarks pointed to the fact that the RBP had found no evidence of criminality in Daniel's death after an exhaustive local and international investigation.

I think the O'Q people exposed their hand when Clark yelled out. They both anticipated the testimony and misinterpreted it. We recall the preposterous scenario the O'Q/VA operatives have long championed that HKS was forcing handfuls of methadone pills down Daniel's throat when he was already semi-comatose and Nurses were frequently coming in and out of the room.

In reality, death occurring while many pills remain undissolved in the stomach means prior doses of the slowly absorbed drug caused the death, not the amount that may have been absorbed from one large final dose. Methadone isn't that fast acting; which is why novice users of the drug may mistakenly continue to dose over and over again for hours at a time when the expected effect isn't immediately felt. Very much different than oxycontin or percocet - the active ingredient oxycodone is very quickly absorbed and 'felt' within a few minutes.

The level of detail and the wide-ranging eye-witnesses and experts brought forth defeats the notion that The Bahamas conducted anything less than a thorough Inquest.

I would like to add to that and say that the Creator also bestowed on us the capacity to use his gifts wisely and responsibly, and not merely to dredge up as an excuse when we want to say something nasty, unfounded and insulting about someone.

The three-judge panel seemed about to head down that old path of getting reversed yet again, their usual pattern. and their having to repeatedly be told the facts and have the law explained to them reminded me of the Snoring Judge. I think one judge did actually mention the SCOTUS decision! I don't think the wording of Judge Ginsberg's reading of the unanimous decision was more remembered than while listening to those three judges get stuck on some point and take up all of Richland's time explaining it ad nauseum. Oh, how I recall the words of the SCOTUS decision!

BTW what happened to all the noteworthy objections to the RT motion that was granted? Has the Snoring Judge REFUSED YET AGAIN to hear a defendant? Has she formally DENIED all of these objections that were filed? I still think Diana Marshall filed the most eloquent of all doc uments, but that was regarding the Motion to Compel which IS being heard.

I suppose those are rhetorical questions--of course the judge has ignored all objections, or do they come into play AFTER the RT motion is granted?

Yes, I found it interesting that key details of the Probate Court proceedings had to be explained to the Panel. I'll be looking specifically for the 9th to comment on whether or not the Probate Court's decision takes precedence over the U.S. District Court's decision based on issue preclusion. The question about tortuous interference actually not having been argued in TX just made it under the time deadline for the oral arguments. But I'll save that migraine for when when the 9th hands down its decision.

With Harris County, the objections of those being named as responsible third-parties are supposed to be heard before the Motion is granted, particularly when all parties stated that sufficient facts regarding 'responsibility' hadn't been pleaded by RT; just another appealable issue.

JB's personal fiefdom. Too bad JB diverted such an historical agency away from its greater goal and made it a pawn of his re-election campaign. Strip away JB's personal agenda's costs and there's probably lots of money available to fund what the team is supposed to be doing.

Having said that, I still believe that there is the single common denominator regarding the ANS story and MJ story--it is TRASHING them 24/7.after they have passed away as much as they did when they were alive. Of course, they cannot defend themselves when they are gone. So their kids get trashed routinely along with the celebrity.

The 'audience' determines the degree of trashing--no audience and the feeding frenzy dies down.

Everyone I know, whether a MJ fan or not, is sickened by the degree of the media feeding frenzy after his death.

Media-whores depend for their existence on convincing others that those whose lives they have insinuated themselves into are lesser folks than the media-whores are. Like VA and her people that immediately began a campaign based on allegations that everyone close to ANS, everyone in LE, ME's Office and the Courts were low-lifes and corrupted and that only VA was worthy.

The MJ story is going to see media-whores slapped down hard by prominent members of the African-American community, large numbers of industry leading performance stars as well as any number of world-wide devoted fans of all backgrounds; thousand of powerful voices that simply won't stand for the trashing.

Rev. Jackson has already made it clear that the family is not going to sit about and wait 4 - 6 weeks for the bargain-basement public facilities of LA to cough up answers regarding MJ's autopsy. Toxicology screens and levels can be done overnight if you foot the bill.

Jamie Foxx is hosting the BET Awards 09 right now. He told the audience at the top of the show that MJ 'belongs to us', 'we' only shared him with the rest of the world and that 'we' loved him with any type of nose or hair style. This is a direct shot across the bow of MSM harping on stories along the lines of the 'changing face of MJ' and other such foolishness.

I've also been watching the BET awards and there was another comment from Jamie Foxx at the beginning when he was emcee as he was encouraging the audience to 'give it up' for Mike...it was a direct comment about the media. I can't recall his exact words but his point was that they are well aware of what the media has been doing and THIS show tonight dedicated to MJ was their response --a response of solidarity to the legacy of Michael Jackson. Heaven knows, MJ deserves that.

Well, I certainly hope that they get on Geraldo then! He had his board up tonight with the writing of possible causes of MJ‘s passing. #4 He had written the word; murder.
My God, I believe Geraldo did enough harm in the ANS story allowing FS to continually go on there and spew his lies. Just crazy!
LOL I am behind your time zone H.S. and Swims -- I am going to stop reading what is going on at the BET Awards so when I watch it soon I will not know ahead of time.

Geraldo cannot compete with the number of people watching BET Awards 2009 tonight. Even Al Sharpton is there with Joe Jackson. The music is fantastic and Beyonce's version of Ave Maria was beautiful.

OK, that was earlier in the show. Every artist being recognized has said how inspiring MJ's music was to them, the younger artists recognize his awesome talent----not that it surprises me to hear that. MJ touched us all and most of us felt his pain for what the media whores put him through and how they reveled in it.

I don't get it. An adult who knows that taking illegal drugs are against the law, obtains them anyway, gets others to abet in her obtaining them, and then after taking them, dies from an overdose and the authorities come after the other people. Will someone please tell me how much of an onus for the illegal drug use falls on Anna's shoulders? Oh! I get it! They all held guns to her head and forced her to take them.

Justsaying - You just don't get it....It's illegal and immoral to supply a known drug addict with massive amounts of drugs and that's the reason these 3 are facing criminal charges. It has nothing to do with Anna Nicole taking the drugs.
