Police Chase -- Ain't that a Kick in the Head!

cops are so freakin dirty! and its true, thats the reason nobody respects them anymore.
and they're the authority? they truly abuse their position!

an incident happened just down the street from me in which a cop shot a guy in the back as he ran away...
cop claimed he 'feared for his life'
what the hell is up with that?

That was completely out of line. He was already on the ground. They didn't need to kick him in the head then hit him in the kidneys. It didn't help their persuit at all. If anything, it tarnished their reputation even more.

A kick in the head, they should have shot him and his buddies. Those gang bangers are going to be released from jail to commit more crimes. Did you see those tattoos on their faces, they are straight up losers.

Now dumb as lawyers are going to help him sue. Sure go ahead and sue, then all the cops and the crossing guard can sue him for putting thier lives in danger. He's a loser who has done nothing with his life and just cause a cop accidently fell on the loser head he wants to sue. Who ever helps this guy sue should get a kick in the head also.

AMEN post 290. Your average citizen dosn't see that as a simple distraction technique. Even in the prone position the POS was still a threat untill he was cuffed.

OK.. people pay attention it wasn't LAPD or Baldwin Park PD. Get the facts first. :P It's kind of hard to judge someone when you don't know the whole story, yes we all saw that video but we still don't know what was going on in the P.O's head. It is not an easy job. As far as that guy who got kicked, Oh well.... he has prob done worse to other people.

I think the cop should have kicked at criminal again for good measure. I grew up in East Los Angeles and these so called thugs endanger innocent civilians for no good reason. Thank You LAPD, El Monte PD and Baldwin Hills PD on a job well done. Another useless criminal behind bars.

I bet if this guy killed or harmed your family while doing his high speed chase or the crime he commited before the chase you would feel different.
