Jackson Lawyer -- Katherine Wants Custody

A Jackson family lawyer strongly indicated Michael Jackson's mother wants custody of his three kids. Londell McMillan was on "Today" this morning -- where he said Michael's three children will most likely remain with his mother, Katherine, who currently has custody.

McMillan said he hasn't heard that Debbie Rowe has an interest in undermining "the best interest of these children." But as we first reported, Rowe never gave up her parental rights and it's not about "best interest" -- under California law, Rowe could get custody for the asking unless there's proof it would be "detrimental" to the kids.

McMillan also addressed concerns over Dr. Conrad Murray -- saying the family is "troubled with the circumstances surrounding the death."

3. The Jackson family needs to be "troubled" at their own lack of help/intervention with Michael. Too many people have come forward saying he has had a prescription drug problem for years -- his own family should know about this. Another issue, turning Neverland into a museum playground for a Michael shrine is grotesque. By his own voice on the Martin B. documentary, he filled the place with young children, boys specifically, for sleep overs and fun times. That is a part of his life that should ease into the past -- so we can remember the genius musician that he was. But NOT at Neverland.

4. The Huffington Post has already reported in an exclusive interview with her that Rowe DOESN'T EVEN WANT the kids, so there's no battle after all....but I'm sure the media will find something else about the Jackson's to put on the front page..

6. I wouldn't give my dog to these people to raise. The nanny should get custody. Talk to Pricilla's people on how to manage the estate. These Jackson are broke, and Michael's death is just a meal ticket for them.

Katherine does NOT have custody, the kids are just temporarily staying with her.
The Jackson clan is a manipulative bunch!

Where the kids go will be determined by the court, not by public opinion. There will be no jury trial, so the Jaksons are wasting their time with all their PR efforts.

It all depends on if the mother wants her kids and makes efforts to get them.
An 80year old woman is NOT the best choice for the kids.
