Initial papers have been filed with the court to probate Michael Jackson's estate. But it seems Jackson's mom and dad don't know Jackson had a will.
The petition was filed by Michael's parents, Joe and Katherine Jackson. But here's the thing. The papers say Jackson died "intestate" -- that means, without a will.
But we've learned Jackson's long-time lawyer, John Branca, who just came back on board 3 weeks ago, has a will Jackson signed that he intends to file within 30 days.
The petition asks that Katherine be named as administrator of the will ... meaning she wants to call the shots.
The papers say Debbie Rowe will be served with notice of a hearing.

If there is any justice his estate will be worthless by the time the bills are paid. In fact maybe that was his plan all along. We thought he was terrible with money and materialistic.. Maybe he wwas brilliant with money and managed to live a lavish lifestyle and ensure that when he left this world his dad would get absolutely nothing except 3 more mouths to feed! :)
Joseph and Katherine Jackson are BOTH vultures.....and the rest of Michaels siblings are their spawn.

It makes me sick that his family is already plotting at how to get their hands on whatever funds he had left.... my GOD... let the man have his memorial and be properly buried before you worry about the cash! Everytime someone has passed in my family, we don't even THINK about the legalities, wills, ect... UNTIL AFTER the services... sometimes weeks after the services! It's called MOURNING. Old Joe even hit the red carpet last night for the BET awards! His family... particularly his father, make me ill.

couldnt have said it better that man put the "gree" into GREED. they just couldnt wait to bury their son i hope jackson wrote his parents out of his will. because we all know that the fight for the children is linked to what,? MONEY. afterall, the children didnt have much contact with the jacksons it was more their NANNY GRACE who brought them up of course this new will is going to be fireworks cos i have a feeling THAT MICHEAL JACKSON has put GRACE in charge of his kids.
