Debbie Matenopoulos and Jay Faires' divorce is never gonna end -- and it's all over their $4.3 million house.
In papers filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Jay is begging the court for permission to sell their L.A. home because he can't keep up with the mortgage payments, property taxes and other expenses.
Jay claims he can't unload the house until the former co-host of "The View" agrees, but she's been stalling.

5. Question: Is there a prize that comes with being first to comment? Obviously there's some kind of gratification that comes with it. So to the people that have to let you know that they're "first", if you look over in the top corner, you will see that TMZ already puts the number beside the comments. You look really dumb when you claim that you're first, when by the time you post, you're 8!
