even if she's only after Jacksons money, which she won't get easily even if she get's custody because of Jacksonst trust, if the press would let her be the children would have a somewhat normal life with her. Something they will never have with an abusive grandfather and a grandmother who didn't do a decent job with her own kids and is what? 80? She probably won't make it to their graduation day anyway.

The only valid reason, not to give Rowe custody is that this would split the kids up, which would be a shame and a desaster for Blanket, since he'd be on his own with his grandparents. Best for them would be to stay with one of their aunts. I heard, they're staying with one right now, who has kids of her own. It would be best if she'd continue to take care of them.

She will not get those kids, because she has zero legal claim to blanket, and the courts will not sperate him from the other two. Blanket will stay with M.J.s mother irregardless, unless she is proven unfit. I dont think the courts will seperate the children now. Debbie may get visitation rights, with her kids, but she coudl have seen them all along and didnt.

I love how all these women say they would never give up their children for money. First you probably didnt have them the way she did. She was used as a surrogate and the marriage was to insure that he was legally the father and no adoption process was needed. I am sure all the haters sitting here saying these things and judging her have never lied, stolen or cheated either. Bet you never back stabbed a friend or family member. OMG you are the perfect people. Get over yourself and stop judging. Bottom line is this, if you were single in your 30's and were offered that kind of cash you would do it. Your only lying to yourself if you say you wouldn't. I doubt that Debbie Rowe ever thought that MJ was going to OD before the kids turned 18. Considering that she also saw and witnessed how the other Jacksons are just as screwed up too, hell ya go get the kids and try to do right. She needs to spend time with them before they come to iive with her and the courts need to make sure that she is mentally there as a parent. I do feel for Blanket but that is NOT her problem. If your ex had your kids and had a kid with another woman and he died the courts are going to give the children to their mothers to raise and then it is up to the mothers to keep them in each others lives.

I agree that her looks have nothing to do with her ability to be a good mother. While she is the biological mother of the 2 oldest kids, the court will look at what is in the best interest for the kids, not for Debbie Rowe. First, no court will split up the children and she has no claim to Blanket. Second, did you see how at ease these kids were around the Jacksons? Did you see how Paris was resting her head on Katherine' shoulder? These kids will have a say at the custody hearing and I believe they will choose to stay with Katherine Jackson because that is where their father's memory will be kept alive.

The last time Debbie Rowe came for these kids was during MJ's trial, she was paid, she needed the money for her horse ranch etc. People any one in the horse 'business' can tell you right now it is a money pit with no money comeing in for years. I dare say she is up against it financially- but I also think her attorney has explained to her that the trust will not blindly hand money over to her - unlike what some people would like to believe - this is not going to be like child support. The law is that she is responsible for their basic support. The trustee's will not pay for her horse hobby or her living unless its as the children want, not on some ranch on the wrong side of the tracks , she will have to demonstrate that it went for the kids. by the $ I sus pect her mixed emotions is based on I want the money - but not the publicity - but then I may have to give up my life and live as I am told until they are 16 or 18 or even earlier because these kids will take her to court if they don't like her - this is not the free ride people seem to think. No with the trust Debbie Rowe has control of nothing.

If the kids have no connection with her - in my book at 11 and 12 its to late to start being mom.

Joe Jackson did wrong to all the Jackson children so historically there was a high chance that the older boys also abused (sexually and physically) Micheal, maybe that is why he kept a safe distance from the family except for his Mother Katherine.
Debbie Rowe may be ugly but that does not mean she is a bad person, it sucks to be a woman without the money and get old and you young whipper snappers will get just as old and fat like it or not! Look at Liza Minnelli, Liz Taylor, all women get nasty! It is just life!
Debbie Rowe needs to be strong and may seem like a cranky hard ass but she loves those two children!

Let's be real about this whole situation..as I see it, the Jackson family wants to make money off of Michael Jackson (alive & now dead) because they have done nothing w/their own lives (the brothers). Hence: making "Neverland" into a final resting place for Michael, even though he never wanted to go back there, and charge admission to his fans (like Graceland). This is the Jackson's family way. Michael knew it and hated it and did not want to support them; when he was treated so awful by them. The father has always been a money grubber and Michael was abused, beaten and ridiculed by this man growning up and once away from him, Michael distanced himself (did not want to see him at all) and did not want his children anywhere near him. By giving custody to his mother, Catherine, who is almost 80 years old and his father who is now saying he also wants to raise the children ($$$$)that is all they are to him. The father said the little one can really dance.....is he starting this up all over again? I don't know who custody should go to but I do know who it "Must not go to" or even visitation is the father JOE JACKSON..who was promoting his record label on Television right after his own son had died...This is Michael's worst nightmare.. custody should go to either the biological mom (whether you like her or not) she is much better than Joe Jackson or Catherine (who is too old) or Janet Jackson possibly. But NEVER HIS FATHER, not visitation, NOTHING......

Debbie did not stand a chance. I bet you, MJ turned her into his best friend ever, just to make sure she went through with having the children. MJ knew how to be so intense in his friendships that whoever he was focussing on believed that they were the centre of his life. Mj's ability to cut off those who had served their purppose or no longer suited his needs is reflected in his tragic end. The confidentiality agreement that Debbie had to sign simply reflected Mj's ability to use his money to keep people from talking. Whatever Debbie has said about her children not being hers to parent, is most likely more to do with the confidentiality agreement than with Debbie's true feelings. If it was a simple case of Debbie not wanting her children then why did MJ make a point of having another child without a mother in the picture? The man was all about control and manipulation. What MJ wanted, MJ had to get and look where it got him - dead at 50.

As for this nonsense of leaving the guardianship of his children to his 79 year old mother, it was not about what was best for the children but about MJ getting back at those who he felt had crossed him. Debbie for daring to go to court to try and get custody of her children, Joe, the father for abuse (justified but not practical, since Joe is still married to Kathrine and has a relationship with his other children) and last but not least his sibilings for regarding what was Michael's as theirs.

MJ has left those poor children in a complicated mess by not developing and maintaining relationships with their mothers and worse than that leaving them as the main beneficiaries to his estate after his mother dies. There will be no escape for those vulnerable children as long as they continue to be the keys to MJ's estate. Their only hope is for Debbie to agree to let the Jacksons have most of MJ's money even though it will come through the kids in exchange for Debbie having custody with Kathrine having visitation rights. MICHEAL WAS AN ADULT AND MADE AN ADULT CHOICE FOR DEBBIE TO BE THE MOTHER, NOBODY ELSE WANTED TO HAVE HIS CHILDREN, HE DID NOT TRUST ANYONE ELSE TO CARRY THEM FOR NINE MONTHS NO MATTER THAT HE HAD ACCESS TO MILLIONS OF BEAUTIES.

DEBBIE NEEDS TO GET IN CONTACT WITH RESOURCES AVAILABLE TO ALL PARENT FOR REUNIFICATION, THAT IT WILL BE GRADUAL TO ESTABLISH TRUST. DEBBIE ALSO HAS CREATURES AT HER HOME WHICH TELLS ME SHE IS CAPABLE OF LOVING BECAUSE EVERYONE KNOWS THAT IF YOU ARE CRUEL TO ANIMALS (TORTURE, MAIMING, KILLING) YOU ARE MORE LIKELY TO BE A POTENTIAL "SERIAL KILLER" SO DEBBIE DOES NOT EXHIBIT SUCH CRUEL TENDENCIES, SHE HAS MORE PROMISE THAN NOT!
