Jackson's Maid -- He Binged On Drugs

7/14/2009 7:30 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Michael JacksonOne of Michael Jackson's former housekeepers told law enforcement the singer was often in such bad shape from drugs, his eyes would roll back in his head.

We've obtained documents from the Santa Barbara County Sheriff Department's 1993 investigation into allegations of child molestation. Kristina Fournier told deputies back then ... she saw syringes while she was employed at Neverland. Deputies asked her if she ever saw Jackson inject himself with a hypodermic needle -- she said no.

Fournier told deputies she was aware Jackson was under the influence of drugs and "under a doctor's care." Fournier said she saw doctors "come and go" at Neverland.

And Fournier said, on the subject of Jackson's drug addiction, "I think he had good periods and bad periods, and when he had a bad period, he had a bad period. Then he would get off (referring to drugs) and then it would start again."

Fournier said it was "well-known" among the Neverland staff that Jackson had a drug problem -- "Yes, and people would say, his eyes were rolling in the back of his head and he wouldn't know what he was talking about."

I think this is going to go down as a tragic accident. And Michael Jackson would have died making a change to save other Hollywood lives, from these money hungry doctors. There is the positive to all this, so money doen not provide happiness just choices in life, in excess mostly bad choices.

I think the Hollywood stars should do more for charities and keep themselves active and positive and keep clear of the Drugs. I think it was obnormal for a guy like michael Jackson to be so close to people like LIZ YAYLOR, who was on medication due to old age, and it could be where Michael Jackson got the idea for the pain killer drugs. Michael was not an old man, he was not over weight. Michael Jackson was a very lonely person and all he really had was his children.

Shakes spear said when you have where with to spend everyone is your friend, and that is just it, they were fair weather friends. A real friend would not stand by and watch you kill your self, or encourage to take drugs that is harmfull.

HE'S NOT THE FIRST NOR THE LAST ENTERTAINER / ACTOR WHO HAS A DRUG PROBLEM. HEATH LEDGER ALSO DIED FROM AN OVERDOSE BUT COZ HEATH WAS NOT MJ THEY DIDN'T DIG TOO MUCH INTO HIS PAST. I'M SURE THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN JUST AS MUCH CONTROVERSEY ABOUT HIM AS THERE IS NOW WITH MJ.
GIVE IT A REST PEOPLE AND LET MJ JUST REST. I'M SURE A GREAT DEAL OF YOU HAVE GHOSTS IN YOUR CLOSETS SO JUST ZIP IT AND STOP ALL THE SLANDERING. THE ONLY GUILTY CULPRITS HERE ARE THE DOCTORS WHO GIVE OUT SUCH MEDICATION INSTEAD OF TRYING TO HELP PPL LIKE MJ AND OTHERS. AFTER ALL MONEY MAKES THE WORLD GO ROUND NO MATTER WHAT THE PRICE OR RESULT... MAYBE THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD BRING OUT A NEW LAW REGARDING DOCTORS AND HANDING OUT PRESCRIPTIONS.

MAYBE ALL OF U WHO INSIST ON MJ BEING A PAEDOPHILE SHOULD READ THIS AND HOPEFULLY YOU WILL SWALLOW YR TONGUES OR EVEN BETTER GET YRSELVES A LIFE AND LOOK AT YOURSELVES IN THE MIRROR

Damn the way TMZ are breaking this stuff you'd never guess it was information harping back to 1993!!! Whether it's true or not is one thing, but all this is telling us is what the alleged situation was 16y ears ago. Passed alleged drug use and the extent thereof doesn't have much bearing on the current situation other than to prove past abuse of prescription meds, which lets face it is something the vast majority of wealthier tier of American society shares with Michael Jackson!!!

FYI: ABC Being Used By MJ`s Father, Promoter
(14-7-2009) Roger Friedman took a closer look at the interviews with Joseph Jackson and Leonard Rowe that are currently aired on US tv station ABC:

"ABC is Being Used by Michael Jackson’s Father, Promoter

I never thought I’d say this about a real network news operation, but ABC News is allowing itself to be used by Joseph Jackson, father of Michael Jackson, and a crooked concert promoter named Leonard Rowe.

Readers of this column and of my past column know that Jackson Sr. and Rowe tried to push their way into the Michael Jackson London concerts this past March. Jackson Sr. was furious that he had no part of the shows, and no cut financially.

J. Jackson and Rowe called this reporter trying to convince me to help them. According to sources at Jackson’s Holmby Hills rented mansion, they badgered Michael incessantly.

Attached here is a letter that Michael finally wrote to Leonard Rowe in May, telling him to take a hike. It reads: “this is to inform you that you do not represent me.” How much clearer could he be?

What ABC News is not telling its audience: that when Rowe and Jackson Sr. did not get their way, they went into business with Patrick Allocco of AllGood Entertainment. At the time of Michael’s death, AllGood was suing him.

What ABC News is telling its audience: in October 2008, singer R. Kelly was awarded $3.4 million by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge who determined that Leonard Rowe had defrauded him. Rowe was also ordered to pay R&B star Ne Yo $700,000 in conjunction with the same tour.

This is the man ABC News has let go on the air and tell the world he was Michael Jackson’s financial advisor. Leonard Rowe was never Michael Jackson’s financial advisor, not for a minute.

For a while this spring, Tohme R. Tohme managed Michael Jackson until he was dismissed. Late in the spring, Frank DiLeo, Michael’s trusted manager during the “Thriller” era and his steadfast friend for more than 25 years, returned as his manager. Jackson also rehired John Branca, his attorney for more than 20 years, and Joel Katz, the respected Atlanta music business attorney, to look after his affairs.

It’s shocking to see Chris Connelly, a very good journalist, interview Joseph Jackson on national television and let him spew nonsense about “foul play” and his son’s illnesses. Connelly doesn’t ask Jackson Sr. if he has any culpability in Michael’s death. Witnesses at the Holmby Hills house say Jackson Sr. — whom Michael feared — played on the singer’s lack of self esteem and hounded him.

“I have no money and it’s your fault!” a friend of Michael’s heard the father yell at the son in the month before his death.

You can only imagine what was going on in Michael Jackson’s life the weekend of March 28, 2009, for example. This reporter got sent a press release from one Ladd Biro, representing Jackson Sr. and Leonard Rowe, announcing that they’d taken over his management. It simply wasn’t true, but the pair hoped someone in the press would bite, print it, and make it sound true.

There are other people still filling the airwaves, by the way, who sued Michael Jackson and now purport to have been his close friends. It’s shocking. Brian Oxman is still out there on low end TV shows. There are others. The shows don’t seem to have researchers, and do no vetting of their guests. Michael Jackson isn’t buried, but his memory is being trashed nightly in an effort to get ratings.

In the end, though, ABC News must accept responsibility for turning this into a sideshow. Joseph Jackson told them, and it’s in their transcript, that “no artist could do shows like that, back to back…” Has ABC even looked at Jackson’s schedule? It was designed after the first two nights to give him an extraordinary amount of time off between performances. He wasn’t doing 50 shows in one month. They were spaced out over six months. And so on. It’s enough now."

I still have no idea how so many can be so nieve when it comes to addiction, M.J. was an addict pure and simple, he was able to hit greater highs then many due to his money, fame and power but an addict is an addict and his behavior is not at all unusual in fact it is the norm for an addict. We will go to any lengths to get ur fix, we will isolate, commit crimes, use anyone, lie, cheat and steal to get what we want, our fix, our high, our escape. The biggest problem here, first family and so called friends could have done more, second the doctors or drug pushers must be stopped, they are killing so many innocent patients or they are making their patients into zombies doing the thorizine shuffle. Addiction is a disease, a bondage from the pit of hell, it seeks, kills and estroys anyone it can. We have become a society of blind, unconcerned people living in our own little world of make believe, M.J. dies and we are upset, how could this happen then we go right back into our shell, isolate and ignore the tragis plight of addicts and the doctors pushing the meds. We had better wake up, we are a drugged up society alowing so called experts to kill us off and they do not care as lonf as they get paid.

Cant the US government start some war somewhere to get the attention away fron this case ?

So he was an addict, so he took drugs his doctors and other provided...

The doctors in this case are quacks who should be put out of office or put down immediately for not adhering to their doctor's
oath. if in all those years no one put MJ trhough rehab, not even by court appeal, who is then to blame?

MJ? for taking the drugs easily provided to him by his quacks?

nope... its the quacks themselves who should be judged, and judged with the hardest means possible....

Lethal injection for all of them, give them a taste of their ow medicine so to speak....

Micheal was a confused man but a brilliant entertainer and generous philanthropist. Each doctor knew he was an addict. A recovering addict at that. Being a licensed physician giving an addict powerful drugs should be a crime in itself.

Money can make you compromise your beliefs feelings and ethics if you're weak, needy and desperate enough. It appears he surrounded himself with desperate people and people who really loved him enough to do something about it. Surely they had to see this was destroying his life.

And why didn't the family intervene? Was it because they didn't want to cut off their meal ticket, didn't believe it or were afraid of him? Maybe he just didn't let them into his world. Who really knows. Lisa Marie knew, he told her, but even his wife remained silent. Instead she chose to just leave.

This is all so sad. If he had been committed instead of assisted he would still be with us today if all these allegations are really true. I just hope he made his peace with God.
