5. one more reason why i think the justice system isn't fair and it's CRAP!!! if he was any other average person, he'd have to go to jail for an insaine amount of time. one day of community service?!?!!?! i guess money can buy everything. sucks if you are average! but wonderful if daddy can get you out of trouble. rich kids piss me off. he's probably smoking his blunt, crying about it right now. dumbass.

7. That must be nice. My son got in trouble for dui and he had to pay fines, spend time in jail, do 40 hrs. community service, take AA classes and be on probation for a couple of years. Wish my son had his judge and got that treatment but money talks!!!!!

10. My family member got busted with a the a$$ end of a joint and got probation for two years, community service and had to go to an addicts program. This is why people don't respect famous people. They get away with it we will piss you off in the long run!

12. I hope Jo-Jo realize that he is a very lucky young man. Had that incident happened to your average African-American male(especially in NYC) the consequences would not be 1 day of community service. Jo Jo if you are reading this, leave the weed alone. There are thousands of kids (and adults) who would die if the had a chance to be in your shoes. You have 3 wonderful parents, and an awesome bunch of brothers and sisters. Don't take it for granted.
