A judge just granted Katherine Jackson's request to have Michael's estate pay for the cost of the singer's burial.
Jeryll Cohen -- a lawyer for the special administrators of Jackson's estate -- said in court today that the expenses for Michael's burial on Thursday are "extraordinary."
But Cohen also said this isn't your run-of-the-mill burial ... and that the administrators "understand and appreciate" the scale of the event.
Jackson will be buried tomorrow in The Great Mausoleum at Glendale Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, CA.

People,
While he was alive he brought the state of California huge amounts of money by paying his taxes. He brought money from all around the world to you people and you say that he has to pay his own funeral? The state of California should start making provisions from the money that your celebrities bring to your state so that they have money at least to support their funerals and not to beg for money on their burial day. What a shame! I respect Katherine for her decision and this is also what Michael would have done: pay and do not look like a begger. He gave us his everything and received nothing. At least that respect to have for him to support the cost of his burial.
One more: remember, in 2003-2005, you people, the state of California payed for the most expensive prosecution in your history (about 10-20 millions $) to finally acquit him (a total waste of money) and now you have no money left to support his burial? Shame, shame, shame!
Again I say, Michael Jackson was not for our world, we do not deserve him, he was way too good for us, a bunch of ignorants.

what a shame....this family has no pride no dignity no feelin of "resposibility" towards the man who made their luxury life possible the last 45 years..they didnt care while he was alive..they didnt care when he got "sick"...they didnt try a damn thing to save him from all this...he could be still alive if he would have had a REAL ..A SUPPORTIVE FAMILY...and not some money-hungry-individuals instead...yeah jackson family the next big paycheck is coming in...since the suppose-to-be-PRIVATE funeral got sold to tv stations around the globe..they said...no media allowed...but i guess the family dont mind some MORE MONEY...what a damn shame....thats just MY OPINION..everybody got their own and i respect that..

My wife is a state employee and did not get paid because the state of California has no money.
Now why we have to pay for his funeral?
