Something else doesn't add up about this story.

I find three things strange in TMZ copy of the letter that Marty sent to Jon's lawyer.

1. Marty claims that Jon has secretly removed money from the account, prior to going on Larry King

2. Marty states that only $1,000 was left in the account and doesn't states that $200,000 was taken out of the account. He just says "hundreds of thousands of dollars". Why not come out and say $200,000 if that was the amount taken out of the account?

3. Marty states that Kate received overdraft notices, on the heels of Jon and Mr. Heller going on the Larry King show.

Question: How come Kate was receiving overdraft notices later that night, instead of earlier that day? Say, the mortage is due on the 1st of each month and the bank pays their mortage each month on the first. Why didn't Kate's bank notify her that morning that she didn't have enough money to pay the mortage or whatever else that needed to be paid?

Didn't Kate already have a lawyer that dealt with her money? Why didn't she contact him, while he was on the Larry King's show and let him know what Jon has done?

According to People's report, when Kate has gotten the notices, she called the bank and they informed her that Jon has taken $200,000.

All I know is that Jon is innocent until proven guilty. If he's guilty, then he should wear whatever shoes the judge gives him. Because, I strongly believes in if a person does a crime, they should pay the time and time doesn't have to be jail.

I hope for Kate's sake that it can be proven that Jon stole the money. I don't know what it feels like to withdraw $200,000 from a bank, but a withdrawal skip better show that it was Jon that has taken out the money.

That'll be something if Jon has withdrew $200 or $2,000 and the teller key in the wrong number, because tellers can make mistakes. I had a teller make a mistake and given me an extra hundred dollars, thru the drive through. Thank goodness, I'm an honest person and I gave her money back.
