3. I agree with #1. These people so blatantly DON'T CARE about this situation. Even if they made financial restitution - they still need to appear. They're wasting the court's time if nothing else.

I'd LOVE to see what would happen to a "regular" person who disrespected the court and the court system like that!

4. will someone please go to this DA's office and slap him. im sick of this celebs getting off so easy on this crap. these people are not god's. the damn police/judges/d.a's etc.. need to quit with punks and actually do their jobs. the ONLY thing this confirms is that somehow, these "law personel" are on the payroll of these celebs.

10. When I was in my early 20's I worked for the Quaids as an office assistant in their home. Evi is the cruelest woman I've ever worked for and I've worked in this biz for over 20 years. She requested that I rented a banjo from McCabe's Guitar Shop in Santa Monica, which I did using my credit card because Evi was going to return the banjo the very next day. I quit and forgot about the Banjo until it turned up on my TRW years later with a $680 late fee. I ended up paying the $680 to McCabe's and Evi did reimburse me but my credit was screwed and I didn't get the money back w/out help from an attorney. For whatever reason they are just vile people! Extradite and throw em in the slammer - I guarantee they've done much much worse!

11. Hey everybody. Don't be so quick to dismiss this.

I'm having visions of Randy Quaid and his wife holed-up in their basement, armed to the teeth, on a crystal meth binge, while their home is being surrounded by Texas Rangers.

Not that terribly far-fetched, and we are due for one of these types of incidents. Sure, we wish it were a more marquee name, but Quaid has been around for a long time.

The Last Picture Show. Long Riders. Vacation. Of Mice and Men. Not Another Teen Movie. That's not bad.

GIVE EM HELL, RANDY!!! We'll all be there watching it.
