Katherine Jackson has just drawn a line in the sand with her husband Joe. Her lawyer just announced in court Katherine has no problem with John Branca and John McClain as executors of Michael Jackson's estate.
Joe just filed legal papers yesterday trying to boot Branca and McClain from the case ... and he claims the will is a forgery.

Good for Joe! That's why Michael fired Branca in the past - conflict of interest because Branca represents Sony as well. It was AEG who put Branca back into Michael's life - to sell him out to Sony? They still want that catalog...

We know that Brian Oxman has relations with some of the Jackson family-- whether as strong as he claims or not (likely not)-- it is odd that suddeenly Katherine obtains new legal counsel, then Joe steps up and files requests for an allowance as if it were the only way to file *his* objections about Branca and McClain... and Katherine would then not be stepping dangerously near the No-contest clause of the Will and Trust.
I smell rats and a sneaky legal dance.

they're just like any other family out there. I don't get people that bad mouth the Jacksons when the questionned some of the decision that are being made about the Estate. Where do you want the money to go? If they do not ask who will. I beleive they're in the right to do so. MJ was a son and a brother to THEM.

I am confident that Michael's final wishes will be upheld/respected. Too bad that his Mother has to deal with these legal issues. It cannot be easy for her...must be breaking her heart.
