Arte was a riot on "Laugh In" in the 60's, especially as the dirty old man in the park who always ended up being beaten by Ruth Buzzy's homely spinster with her pocketbook. Glad to see he's still around and hope he's holding his own medically. Thanks for the laughs and the memories, Arte!
