The gorgeous wannabe actress' new Los Feliz 4 bdrm/5 bath estate is over 4000 square feet and features a gourmet kitchen, media/pool table room, several terraces with city views and a swimming pool.
Brian Austin Green is going to be really busy keeping this place in order.

Hey A.B., your insult to Balloon Dad was unnecessary and ignorant.
You have NO IDEA how smart he is, what he owns, or what he does for a living.
I happen to agree with him. Ms. Fox's acting skills are hardly challenged by her character in the Transformers franchise. It's carried mostly by special effects and she is only in the films for her looks. Being in the industry, I can say that for a fact.
She's one of those actors who had extremely lucky timing, along with the first film becoming a hit AND a franchise. Too bad she's such a bitch on set, which is also well known in the industry.
As for the house, maybe she bought real estate on her own, maybe she didn't. Let's hope she got a good deal and plans to stay there long enough to make a few bucks in case her career tanks!
And it will (trust me), unless she turns into another Julia Roberts or Meryl Streep talent-wise, and if she becomes a much nicer person to work with.
It IS a gorgeous house, I'll give her that. With great views, too!

Way to go, Megan. Blow all your money on an over-priced house you can't afford to maintain. Better hope there are a lot more Transformer movies in the pipeline... and that the director (or lead actor for that matter) wants you back. I know the public doesn't.
