Adrian Pasdar -- the flying Senator in "Heroes" -- pleaded not guilty to one misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence today.
Pasdar -- who's married to Dixie Chicks singer Natalie Maines -- was arrested on January 27 after cops pulled him over for speeding on the 405 Freeway in Los Angeles.
Pasdar faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted.

(Page 1 of 1)Natalie Maines' right to Freedom of Speech, which she clearly has, according to our Constitution, has nothing to do with this. If you don't like living in a country where people are free to disapprove of the government and/or dislike the president, why don't you leave? There are plenty of countries where people are not allowed to express dissent. Why not go to one of those countries? I'm sure you'll be happier in such a setting.
I don't approve of drunk driving, or cell phone driving, or text driving, or drug driving, or any kind of driving where you are not present and "in the moment." I hope this all turns out OK for Mr. Pasdar and, if he did drive drunk, I hope he doesn't do it again. It almost seems like the majority of Americans think it's OK to drink and drive...but it's not.
He so did it. I think this classifies as a national security matter and we should deport him back to Iran. If he takes his no-necked, nasty wife with him- all the better!
If I was married to that shrew there wouldn't be booze enough to drown my sorrows in, lol!!
Being married to the ugliest witch in show biz could make one hit the bottle...
he get's drunk when he has to wakeup and see that oink in bed beside him!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Celebrity justice will prevail and he will be set free with a six pack of beer under his arm.
Working in a court setting for a Criminal Judge, here's the case scenario. If it's that drunk's first time getting caught, arrested, booked and charged...he won't see jail in his future. I'm surprised his presence had been waived. Defendants usually are present for their arraignment. A not guilty plea is standard procedure, where as the Judge would then assign a pretrial date and jury trial date. If Pasdar agrees to a Change of Plea, his attorney will make a deal with the Prosecutor's Office. It would probably be like community service, a fine, and he'll be given a few months of probation. Since no one was hurt or killed, he'll get off easy. It's a shame, because he'll probably go out to celebrate his victory...drinking and driving, and then hurt or kill someone by his stupidity. Justice sure is blind. What a jerk!
