Really does break your heart.

Great insight Edward but, sadly you didn't calculate the "vanity trips"...NYC, twice in a month to be seen on t.v. with very little (if any) pay...Idol (no pay) to be the butt of a joke...etc. Trips to the gym.. I wouldn't want to depress anyone with those new calculations. I remember when each of my kids were born, I couldn't be away from them for more than an hour or two. Sadly, I imagine 8 little babies growing up in playpens with an occassional nanny to pat it's head...they will continue to have that empty look in their eyes & will probably just get used to the lack of attention. It's beyond heartbreaking.

With 14 kids, it's well worth it to get the family pass. Her kids deserve some D-land and mom-and me- time just like any other kid. Leave her alone.

evry kid deserves it...some parents (like me) just flat out cant afford it. if the money's not there, it's not there. i DO know every free or minimally priced children's activity in my local area, it just takes more creativity and research on my part to find
