Lindsay Lohan must appear in court on Thursday or else the judge will issue a warrant for her arrest.
Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, just left the judge's chambers after meeting Judge Marsha Revel.
As for why Lindsay hasn't completed her alcohol ed classes, Holley said, "Now come on. Harvey doesn't want to know that."

So why should this brat be above the law? Throw her a** in jail. And man, she really looks like hell for someone in their early 20s. I'm 45 and I don't have forehead wrinkles that bad and I've never had botox!

How much time she does if she is jailed is not the point. Make her do a perp walk, orange jumpsuit hands and ankles cuffed and a pair of cops escourting her to the van. The same walk Paris did the night she was released.
All these Hollywood "stars" need to see one of their own treated like the criminal she is and the whole world is waiting to see Los Angeles treat them like anybody else would be handled.

If Ms Lohan receives anymore mercy, she is likely to wind up dead, in my professional opinion. So many people enable her to be a chemical user, she's not likely to survive the charity. It looks to me like she requires some form of intervention. That is, one that will not only get her attention but put her in a place where she will be seperated from her drug of choice long enough to start recovering. Hopefully the judge will recognize Lohan's peril and sentence her to an in-house treatment program for six months or more. She going to need that much "tough love" to have any chance to become clean and sober.

The real question should be why isn't she already in jail and why hasn't she been there for a long time? Oh, that's right, Revel is a celebrity biased pig of a jurist who lets them get away with anything and even compliments celebs and cheers them on when they clearly violate the law!

I think this is all for the attention she so craves. She notifies the paps every time she goes anywhere so she will have cameras all over her and then pretends she hates it. How else would they know every move she makes or be that interested. It's a sad life.
