Harvey you are WRONG. MJ kids does NOT control the estate when they turn 40, they get their %40 (plus Katherine's %40 if she is dead). THey NEVER control the estate according to the forged Trust. Trustees will name a BANK to be the cotrustee, bank will manage MJ estate.
