TMZ has learned Rudy Giuliani's daughter Caroline will be walking away from a shoplifting arrest with nothing more than a ticket.
Law enforcement sources tell us that the former mayor's 20-year old daughter is getting a desk appearance ticket for "petit larceny."
Caroline was arrested earlier today at a Manhattan Sephora after she was seen allegedly putting 5 cosmetic items worth more than $100 in her pocket. We're told store security called cops after seeing her on security cameras.

Okay, the Post has more details. The STORE decided to cut her a break (not the police), but the DA went ahead and filed the larceny charge because it was caught on camera as evidence. She'll probably get off with a slap on the wrist - but this will still be on her record... I've heard she does have serious "daddy issues" and has become quite the rebel since her good girl days in high school.
""It was captured on camera," a law enforcement source said. "At some point the store indicated they knew who she was and that they were not going to press charges. The DA will decide whether to decline prosecution or not."
Another source said the DA Cy Vance’s office would pursue the charge, and that Giuliani would be given a desk appearance ticket on a petit larceny charge and be required to return for a future court date."
