Moments after she was busted for shoplifting $100 worth of cosmetics at a makeup store in NYC, Caroline Giuliani was locked in handcuffs and walked to a waiting squad car yesterday.
As we previously reported, Caroline was eventually issued a ticket for "petit larceny" -- and released.

First of all, just because she comes from money, does not mean that her parents give her any.
Second - good thing that she is not my daughter, I'd have a big ole strap with her name on it, would stop paying for her college and tell her she is on her own, she will have to get a JOB like the rest of us. That is what she gets for humiliating the family with her stupidity.
