A drive-in movie theater in Oklahoma burned down yesterday -- was it arson, a freak accident or the work of ... the devil?
See, this Tulsa landmark -- The Admiral Twin, which opened in 1951 -- was playing "The Last Exorcism." It was also playing "Predators," but those aren't real -- so we can rule them out as a suspect.
Bill French, Tulsa Fire Department public information officer, told the Tulsa World on Friday night that investigators were still not sure how the blaze started.
TMZ contacted the Tulsa Fire Department to see if they suspected a demon, someone possessed by a demon or even Satan himself had something to do with the blaze.
So far, no response.

hey TMZ, before you post something like this, how about actually contacting The Tulsa Fire Department or an owner for a comment! I live in Tulsa and this is a HUGE loss for us! For your information at this point the theroy is someone was trying steal the copper inside of it and sparked the blaze. Everyone in Tulsa is devastated by this, who cares what the movie was that was playing! We have lost a piece of our history and lifes as most of us grew up with our parents taking us to the movies there. Truly sad you have to make fun of our loss! Shame on you!
You forgot to mention the that this is the Drive-in Theater featured in both the book and Film "The Outsiders" this isn't just a loss of a movie going place this is part of cinematic and literary history. It's a damn shame
Thank you #6 and #7 comments...my heart is still heavy after hearing the news that it burnt down. People who don't know our history and don't know our town shouldn't butt their nose in where it doesn't belong!
I think this is a bummer. ive never been to a drive in movie theater and of course they have history. im from colorado and thats how it is with many places here but it hasnt burned down like this has. The movie was stupid. and like in the movie people who are "possessed" by somethings its all in their head. anything could of started a fire. Just leave it alone and let the town deal with it themselves! its a loss for them that we wouldnt understand!
How terrible. I grew up in Tulsa and the Admiral twin was good family fun. The outsiders was filmed there! I am sad to see it go.
everything could just be a mere coincidence, not like there has been a previous pattern all over the nation.
Let's get real, it's Oklahoma. I live here. It was burned down by some nutjob BECAUSE they were playing the movie, more than likely.
