It's not meant to appear to be drugs people, it's buff coloured and the photo shows traces of it around her eyes and jawline too.

Cocaine all over her face and neck? Naw. If it were just the nose I'd agree it was coke. The pic on the right shows that it's all over, but the left picture shows it mainly the nose and around the eyes - meaning it was taken later and she probably touched her face a bit with her hands by that point.

This is only "news" because the only story LESS interesting is whether or not Lindsay Lohan's dad is going to visit her in rehab. or not. B o r i n g.
