@John - you really defend the hell out of this pap on other posts as well. Is he your employee at TMZ? I take it your employee insurance isn't going to cover all his "injuries" or let me guess he is your favorite private contractor.

I agree with others that it is not coffee in the video she throws on him after he corners her in an elevator and the obese pap is not an agile person.

I have a thought Janine why not stay in the lift and continue on with what you were doing. If your kids pushed you to the limit what would you do?
