Sources connected with the ceremony tell TMZ, Kelsey set up the wedding on his old stomping grounds -- the Longacre Theater in NYC where he recently starred in the musical adaptation of "La Cage aux Folles."
According to sources, the ceremony will kick off at 3:30pm and security will be EXTREMELY tight -- in fact, we're told guests will have to present both their invitation as well as a photo ID in order to get into the theater.
For the record -- "Best Wedding" isn't currently a category at the Tonys.
