Working for Britney Spears is like owning a Gremlin, they both come with a set of instructions -- the biggest one ... keep Britney away from drugs and alcohol!
TMZ has obtained a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that dancers were required to sign before working on her latest music video. It specifically states, "Contractor acknowledges that it is essential that [Britney] not be exposed to any alcohol, drugs, or controlled substances."
The NDA even goes on to say that the dancers can be subjected to drug testing at any time and can be fired for failing a test or even refusing to take one.
With Britney comes much responsibility.

Britney has the mind of a child because of her years of drug and alcohol abuse.
If she wasn't currently on meds she would be running all over Hollywood with no panties and drinking what ever was put in her hand.

Seriously, I mean if Britney can't control her vices then why the hell are they putting her out there to perform and stuff? Oh that's right, everyone has to make $$$$$$$$ off of her. Really sad. Hope Britney can find peace in her life and I don't know maybe LIVE HER OWN LIFE for a change. Why all the hate for this woman? I think her music sucks, but I have to say It seem from what I've read about her she has her s,.hit together now.

Uh...drugs and alcohol? That's what she is concerned about from backup dancers? If I were her people I would be concerned about backup dancers knocking her up, adopting a rapper name, getting fat, then divorcing her and running off with millions.
