Just goes to show the LAPD is one ****** up "police" dept. I know of no other place in the US where you could hit two parked cars and not get a ticket. Someone needs to pull their heads out of their rectums.

Another of the generation that not only destroy the Hilton name, but embarrassed the grandfather so much that he eliminated 95% of their inheritances (which he gave to charity) because he knew, given what arrogant self indulgent jerks they are, they would kill themselves with the money.
