We do have the most affordable an qualified plastic surgeons in the World, BUT the shape of brazilian women's body is, naturally, bigger in the hips than it is in the chest. So whats the problem? You guys like boobies there, because your women (except the african american) has no butt at all. And men here in Brazil likes butts, because that's what pops-up in our body tipe. Simple as that.
