Proving they are the happiest separated couple in Hollywood, David Arquette celebrated his first full year of sobriety by eating dinner with Courteney Cox at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills last night.
Arquette had checked himself into treatment on January 1, 2011 to deal with "alcohol and other issues."
As for the marriage ... the couple separated back in October 2010 ... but never actually filed for divorce.
Recently, Dave started dating a new girl ... and judging by the fact Courteney came to dinner last night ... seems she's cool with it.

Congratulations David! It's hard staying sober. At least for me right now. I was for about 2 and a half yrs. But I slipped. I will not give up though. Thanks for your inspiration,David.

Sobriety changes everything. Congrats to him, and to her for seeing the "real David" and not the drunkin one. I hope he realizes the difference and decides to stay sober not only for himself, but for the family he may have a 2nd chance of getting back. Take it day by day, and I hope he gets a 2nd chance at love not too many people get.

I saw David on the Howard Stern show; David has got to be the most boring & stupid actor ever; is he mentally ill also? Courtney only married him for his large peen...he has no other talent!

This is such a bull**** story. I bartend on Bourbon Street in New Orleans and David is in the bar every time there is a UFC fight in town..
