Samuel L. Jackson

I Voted for Obama

2/11/2012 6:40 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Barack Obamas politics meant nothing to Samuel L. Jackson
Barack Obama's politics meant nothing to Samuel L. Jackson because the "Pulp Fiction" star only voted for the president for one reason and one reason only ... because he's black.

In an interview with Ebony magazine, Jackson explained, "I voted for Barack because he was black. 'Cuz that's why other folks vote for other people — because they look like them ... That's American politics, pure and simple. [Obama's] message didn't mean [bleep] to me."

Jackson then went on to drop the N-word several times when discussing Obama, telling the mag, "When it comes down to it, they wouldn't have elected a [bleep]. Because, what's a [bleep]? A [bleep] is scary. Obama ain't scary at all. [Bleeps] don't have beers at the White House. [Bleeps] don't let some white dude, while you in the middle of a speech, call [him] a liar. A [bleep] would have stopped the meeting right there and said, ‘Who the [bleep] said that?' I hope Obama gets scary in the next four years, 'cuz he ain't gotta worry about getting re-elected."

Smacks of ... Obama needs to Black it up.

Fed Up

Have you lost your f&$@ing mind? Speaking of "animals," Black people aren't in the practice of hunting down other human beings, hanging them, cutting off their genitals & then inviting their backwoods, in-bred family & friends to have a potluck dinner while they watch him burn. Oh, and as far as "fake hair" goes, Farrah Fawcett was the first person to popularize hair extensions. Sorry to burst your bubble, but that was a weave, dear! And what in the world do Coach bags have to do with the presidency? Moron! Believe me, SLJ doesn't want you on his side!

No Fedup, they just spread hate everywhere, sell drugs, clog up our prison system, ruin the neighborhood, and blame white society for their problems.I don't believe anybody's bubble is busted over hair weave's. And none of us want Jackson on out team either. We're just tired of racists like him and you getting rich off us and then turning around and blaming white folks for their problems, and voting color instaed of political smarts to try and make this a better country. But we know, since your black also, your going to defend the brother no matter what he says. That's why blacks have no more stature in anything they say, as all they want is what's best for yourselves, not the country.

I am disgusted with Jackson. It seems as if all the racial stuff is now coming from the left or at least most of it. Never thought a guy who made so much money from the folks he seems to abhor, (WHITEY)would be so pissed off, ignorant, oblivious to all the good people out there, some of whom from Jackson's persepctive happen to be WHITE! Racial politics make me sick and having it come out of this actors mouth is sickening as well. It lowers the bar. It lowers the standards. I'd love to hear Jackson speak intelligently on the issues and show he knows something about what policies work and what do not and what policies will only make things worse. Being an ignoramus on issues and making preconceived judgements about why people vote is a display of everything Jackson would appear to despise.
He plays into the very hands of the strawman he not only created, but magnified in his own mind. As if that were not bad enough, in one fell swoop this ingreat multi-gazillionaire not only sinks to the lowest level, but mocks and disrespects the whole system. Jackson is no longer a guy I will be paying to see in the movies, nor will I purchase any of his DVD's either! It turns out the president was a liar. That some BLEEP would not tell a white dude this or that is beside the point. It is what is perceived as the president's socialist leanings along with an upbringing and being mentored by folks who were hard core leftist that is disconcerting to so many. It has nothing to do with COLOR! If Jackson knew a little something about core American values he would not be so quick to condemn someone becuase they are white. Look at what has happened in so many nations which adopted socialism and Marxism. If you think the US is so bad please tell me how it is better in Venezuela, Cuba, Russia etc. Tell me. Would love to have Jackson be held to the same standards with which he is so quick to judge others. In my book, Jackson is the racist! He is a big racist! He is arrogant and plain ignorant!

Stick to acting numbskull and keep your creepy socialist communistic politics to yourself. You aren't the only idiot voting color not conscience. If you cared you might want to check out his voting record or educate yourself. Oh that's right affirmative action and your union help you get better jobs than other minorities. How long can you pull the race card out of your back pocket, how weak. Would you vote for the racist, liar, hate mongering Sharpton for President because he is black. Last time I will see your movies because your opinion is ignorant and so is your acting.

And to think that I liked him in Plup much for being able to judge by their work & the countless interviews that they've given.

He's a lunatic! No wonder Obama is our President. Its retards like Samuel L. Jackson who voted for him merely because he is black.

Henry McCauley

Aside from his unremarkable movies he "acted" in, what is Sammy Jackson's "I'm a tough guy" legacy? Is he one of those who travel in packs, preying on the weak or unarmed? Is he as discriminating about who he picks on as so many bullies are? Maybe Trayvon Martin, the innocent teen recently killed in Florida, can be "tough guy's" legacy.

How unexpected: a grade-B, token Black actor ("let's see, the script calls for a profane, angry Black guy; how about that weirdo from Pulp Fiction...") wants us to vote for a grade-D, token Black politician, only because he's Black. What a wonderful reason. No wonder actors need scripts.
