Meryl Streep: Good Genes or Good Docs?

If Streep is in a movie, I try to avoid it. Her portrayal of Thatcher is a mockery of a fine woman and an insult to the intelligence of those watching that vicious attack on Thatchers great service to England and her advancing age.

Well, . . . let's be honest, . . . she looks at least 62.
Great actress? . . . sure.
Was she EVER a "hottie"? . . . um, NO!!!
Just more proof that not every older woman can be Helen Mirren.
LET'S WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!!!!

First of all, the image has been flipped on the right, so you can't even make a valid comparison considering you're not looking at her face in the same format. Secondly, she's absolutely stunning and you can tell in better images that she has wrinkles, folds, and a deviated septum which she chose not to fix. Basically, you can't compare these images but she has NOT had surgery.

I love Meryl Streep. But I, too, am confused at the two photos you put side-by-side. She was young and beautiful and vibrant in 1979, and over thirty years later, she looks like a retiree from the cigarette factory who spent one too many afternoons in the hot Florida sun. From young mother to great-grandmother, there is no comparison in the two photos. She's my favorite leading lady, and she's also a piece of aged/worn out leather.

Go Meryl!!!What a beautiful classy lady! Who cares if she has had a nip or tuck. I think it is only skin care treatments,no facelift. She puts all these your actresses to shame both in talent and grace. She knows how to be a woman. Love her work.

Meryl is an amazing actress who looks fantastic.

She looked old at 30,but she does look good for 62 bless her,let people age gracefully why be nasty. oldy but a goody GILF

Neither, she looks her age and not good for her age just her age, lately we have been subject to photos of older celebrities we are told look great for their age, wake up they look their age! Bo Derek for one and Meryl Streep for a second, she looks ok, but not any younger than she actually is.

She looks 28 in the first one and about 80 in the 2nd one. She looks terrible for 62.
