Harvey and teh rest of the TMZ crew you are WRONG!@!!!!!! The verdict came down on 4/29/1992 and the riots started that afternoon. It was around 6 PM when Reginald Denny was ripped from his truck and beaten. Today is not the 20th anniversary. Sunday will be. How about reporting the facts!!!! They lasted several days and either Monday May 4, 1992 or Tuesday May 5, 1992 the curfew was lifted and LA started rebuilding. The National Guard was in the area through the 9th of May!!!

TMZ, I really hope you start regulating the comments on here. Its really gone down with some of these hateful comments. It makes you look bad, too. It starts to become the face of this website and its an ugly one. It use to be a good place, but I don't even look at some of these pages due to them. I already know the hateful trolls are on here just to get one in.

Rodney King led police on a high speed chase, refused to comply, assaulted 2 officers who tried to handcuff him and got his ass kicked. It wasn't right. He should have been subdued and arrested, but he played a part in the whole fiasco. I can see why the police were originally acquitted. People forget he was the aggressor.

And he's still a useless schmuck.

I thought it was longer. That is an anniversary I wouldn't celebrate.
