Randy Jackson

MJ Executors are 'Criminals'

Randy Jackson just came out swinging against the people in charge of the Michael Jackson Estate -- claiming the executors are "criminals" who falsified documents for their own personal gain ... but it's looking like Randy's plot is quickly crashing and burning.

Jackson just spoke with Al Sharpton on MSNBC's "Politics Nation" ... and tried to explain why he and his siblings are trying to overthrow John Branca and John McClain.

"We feel there is criminal misconduct," Jackson said ... claiming the executors had a hand in faking MJ's will ... and Randy believes he can prove it because Michael was in NY on the day he supposedly signed the document in L.A.

Problem is ... Randy's argument has a GIANT flaw ... the "mistake" he's pointing to is based on a witness who merely forgot what city he was in at the time the will was signed.

There are witnesses who saw MJ sign the will ... and it has been validated by the court.

But even if Randy and his siblings were to get the will invalidated ... MJ's old will cuts them out of MJ's fortune too ... and it appoints Branca executor.

Multiple sources tell TMZ ... the situation is simply a money grab by MJ's siblings who know that once Katherine Jackson dies ... MJ's money goes in trusts for his kids. Randy and co. will never get a dime.

Randy kept saying they are a family.  Paris begs to differ, because she just tweeted, "'Family' they said."  Can you feel the sarcasm?    And apparently Randy hasn't read our website ... that Tito has already jumped the "family" ship.

I'm only following bits and pieces of this soap opera, but where's the father who raised all these Michael's gold diggers? Anywhere there's a Sharpton, there should be a Joe (oh, and a Jesse!)

Well if they think there is something wrong let them investigate and get the truth for themselves....Get better Mrs. Katherine Jackson and DO NOT allow your children or grandchildren stress you. Paris needs to STOP tweeting about family business she'll learn quickly why her father was so private.

One on one with Dick Gregory

Author, activist, nutrition expert and comedian Dick Gregory has taken the charges against pop star Michael Jackson personally. He completed a 40-day fast in support of Mr. Jackson and asked the superstar’s loyal fan base around the world to join him in a prayer vigil every day at noon "so that the truth comes out about Michael Jackson’s case." Mr. Gregory, who has known Michael Jackson for years, said, "He’s a good man and I feel that he’s been the target of a conspiracy to destroy his career. "In my opinion," Gregory said, "there are people who have a financial interest in bringing Michael down." Final Call staff writer Nisa Islam Muhammad sat down with Mr. Gregory to discuss his views on such a conspiracy surrounding Michael Jackson.

Dick Gregory (DG): Michael Jackson did something that no one thought a Black man would do. He purchased the Beatles catalog for $48 million and today it is worth $1.5 billion. He didn’t know when he bought it that the Beatles owned Little Richard’s music. Michael gave it back to Little Richard, who is very happy now. Michael also owns the Elvis Presley catalogs. A Black man owns (the music of) two of the most important music figures in the world and anytime something is played by either of them, Michael gets paid.

Previously when Michael needed money to produce an album he could go to Sony and borrow the money. They came to him with a deal that he would have to put up collateral for future loans; he put up the catalogs as collateral, not all of the catalogs, but enough of them for him to lose control if he forfeits the loans.

Whenever his new records come out, all of the nonsense takes place.

I think someone will either stage an accident and kill Michael Jackson, or kill him and make it look like suicide.

The problem is that Katherine is 82 and unable to properly care for teenage kids.

Michael wanted his kid's to be raised by his mother because she is a Jehovah's Witness and he knew his kids needed that kind of strict moral discipline.

Here's where it gets difficult. Those kid's are not studying the bible, they're just doing what every other kid in America is doing.....DRIVING THEIR PARENTS CRAZY!!!

I'm 100% sure that this is not JUST about money but about the safety and health of Ms. Katherine.

I will never look at a video clip of the Jackson's in their heyday the same way again. I really enjoyed the 30th anniversary concert, but I don't want to watch it anymore. They smashed their reputation to bits with this. Marlon was always my favorite. He seems to be the only normal Jackson.

They could have made a crapload of money even without Michael, but they must have found it easier to guilt him into paying for them because he no longer wanted to perform with them.

They should be looking to Janet now to support their lifestyles. How much do they need since most of their kids are adults? Janet must have F'ed up big time. I bet she got sued for the Superbowl fiasco. Whore.

Of course they are criminals. 1. They mismanaged his finances and he died in financial ruin. 2. They sat and watched the man fall into extreme drug use. The enablers and the money hungry are not the people going up against the kids but the ones sucking up to them. You are a child you need to do what you are told and if you are told to give up your cell phone then you need to hand it over.

ASSUMING THE WILL IS TRUE - Though strange, I believe Michael Jackson (MJ) knew his mother would survive him. Michael didn't exactly leave his siblings out of the will because he left a good chunk of the money to his mother. Who do you think Katherine Jackson would will that chunk of money to? Her own children of course - and rightfully so. It is only natural. And MJ must have seen where the money would eventually end up - and wanted it so. I think MJ just didn't want the responsibility of doing the sharing of the money among his siblings. So he decided to let their mother will it to her children as she deems fit. And I think the Jackson siblings already know this.
I am of the opinion that the Jackson siblings deserve the money that would eventually come to them. MJ would not have become the KOP had Tito not defied his father and picked up the guitar... They all paid the price as children in different ways – from those who lost their childhood to the future only their father could see at that time, to those who sat at home wondering when their working siblings would return from the midnight gigs or if their famous, embattled brother would make it out of the court room a free man – neither burden is easy. Stardom and talents just chose to smile on only one of the 5 – and am glad MJ made the most out of the talent and blessing he was bestowed. All I’m saying is that we (fans, friends and foes) should learn to respect the Jackson family for all they’ve been through and what they stand for. MJ’s family stood by him through thick and thin, when the chips were really down in the gutters – and naturally so. Aside from that, even if all they share together is the ‘bloodline’ – that alone is worth regarding.
ACCEPTING THE POSSIBILITY THAT THE WILL COULD BE FAKE - The questionable aspect of the will (as revealed) is serious enough to demand answers by any caring family member or right thinking individual. However good executors Branca & co have proven to be, the questionable foundation upon which their office is built in this case calls for answers. It is fair for them to provide those answers – and quite frankly I am curious.
I wonder why Janet and co were denied access to their mother's house and to MJ's children? On whose authority? Whether we like it or not, Katherine Jackson was a mother first before she became a grandmother. Both roles are equally important – one shouldn’t prevail over the other. And what we seem to forget is that MJ’s children do not have any real link to their mothers. MJ’s family is the only real relation(s) they’ve got, Katherine is old and may not be with them much longer. So is walling them in the right thing to do ? The Jackson family may not be perfect – but which family is? Every family has its level of dysfunctional[ity], which is why ‘family matters’ are always treated as ‘private’. Being a celebrity family does not put a family above the ‘dysfunctional’ reality. It’s just unfortunate the media does not give the celebs the luxury of keeping their dirty linens private.

And déjà vu - same way MJ was treated like a President and shielded by paid hands from well- meaning family member until his dead body was wheeled from his mansion under questionable cir***stances. Smarten up people! You may not like the Jackson family. But they are family. Personally, I will trust family first and again, before I trust on some paid hands.

ON PARIS - You guys keep hailing Paris as 'mature' - the bad-ass, no nonsense lady. But what you fail to realize is that Paris is a child. What does a 14 year old really know about the world and the dangers and deceits that lurk? Being vocal is not same as being wise or mature, else why would she be tweeting her family business to the whole world and for the media to pick up and aggravate? She is indirectly inviting the very media frenzy that brought her father to his knees and death? The publicity she seems to be courting now would be the very same thing she would be hiding from in and wise thing by staying under the radar – and I pray that Blanket grows to embrace same attitude - at least until they are old enough to know and judge rightly. PEACE!

If you go online & do some research .. . . it is correct to say that Michael Jackson was in New York with Al Sharpton at the time this will was signed. I agree with the Jacksons questioning the validity of the will. Also, MJ's entertainment attorney Peter Lopez was found dead a year later after MJ's death. To many unanswered questions if you ask me.

So The Jacksons finally got it together and went on a successful tour, possibly gaining new fans. And when the tour finished they asked themselves:

- Should we build on this success, put down some hard work trying to get our careers going and then be able to make a living out of it again?
- Or should we kidnap our Mum, keep her sedated and then try to kidnap Michael´s kids?

Hmmm....tough choice....

There's a problem here

What's Sharpton doing there? Did one of the Jacksons put themselves in a garbage bag and scribble racist remarks on their body? Oh sorry, that didn't really happen did it?
