'American Idol' -- You Be the Judge

When I was a kid there was a talent show like american idol, x factor, americas got talent and all that other crap. It was called THE ((((( GONG )))) SHOW. Amazing how these chowderheads think they are the next Elvis. Isn't that right Taylor Hicks?!

X Factor and The Voice will never have the longevity that American Idol has had.

So there you go, the judges have become more important than the contestants.

It's ridiculous that judges get so much money and idol winner gets crumbs. Randy was the only one who never annoyed me.

Here's how to fix American Idol. First, get better singers. It wasn't that long ago that American Idol had lots of great singers. But the talent level has really gone down hill the last few years. Second, the judges have to be more critical. Don't just say that every performance is "amazing". And don't give someone a standing ovation unless they were really fantastic.

I stopped watching Idol several years ago when Taylor Hicks won. That was such a ridiculous choice, there was nothing left to watch.

Who is the dbag who assembled the poll questions? Dumbest questions ever, and I thought last weeks Harry poll (haha) questions were stupid.

The show sucks.

Can you just imagine the outcry if TMZ would have listed "All judges should be White" ? Talk about a double standard.....

I know they need to attract viewers but seriously these entertainers like nicki maej or maria carey
it is all mostly luck with some talent that they actually made it .... what important critical advice can they possibly offer??? singers and performers are not the important people it is art directors that do the best judgment
