57-year-old Kelsey Grammer rolled into a tattoo parlor to get his first ink job done ... and chose to tattoo his wife's name on his right hip. Not the most manly spot, is it?

The "Boss" star hit up Insight Studios in Chicago yesterday with wife Kayte Grammer ... where, according to one local report, the girl behind the counter asked him for ID because she didn't recognize him. Do they not have "Frasier" re-runs in Chicago?

One of the shop's tattoo artists tweeted the pic of Kelsey in the chair as he was getting the work done. 

The ink reportedly cost only $60, the cheapest the store offers.

Perhaps next time he should shell out a little more ... and pick a less feminine location.

TMZ has learned Kelsey Grammer just won his battle with Camille Grammer in custody court, but it comes not only with strings attached, but the possibility of an explosion of tempers.

As we first reported, Kelsey and Camille were in family court this morning -- the first time they've come face-to-face since they separated.

Sources tell TMZ ... the two were at an impasse, because Kelsey wanted to take the former couple's two children for 6 days, beginning Monday, while he's in L.A.

We're told Camille, who is repped by Neal Hersh and Judy Bogen, did not want Kelsey to take the kids because Kelsey would not agree to take them to their regularly scheduled activities, which includes dance, sports and therapy. 

With Kelsey's lawyer, Lance Spiegel by his side, we're told the judge allowed Kelsey to take the kids for the 6 days, but under the ruling he must also take them to ALL of their scheduled activities.



Now here's where it gets interesting.  We're told up to now Kelsey has refused to attend any of the events in which his kids participate if Camille is present -- and she's been to pretty much everything.

And, our sources say, Camille will attend ALL of the scheduled activities next week.

It was all about small penises when Camille Grammer left Boa Saturday night.  She was asked if she regretted her comment about Kelsey, "Big hands, big feet, big disappointment."  Her response was ambiguous -- burying her face in her hands and cracking either a smile or a wince. 

The day before -- after taking a lot of heat for her comment --  Camille said she regretted making it.

So watch the video, and then you be the judge.

Kelsey Grammer's wife, Kayte Grammer, has come out swinging at Camille Grammer, for opening her big mouth and claiming Kelsey has a small penis.

Kayte tells TMZ, "Perhaps the fault lies not so much with the member in question but rather with the inspiration at hand."

There's clearly plenty of hatred to go around, because the Grammer camp has not publicly commented on the bitter, ongoing Grammer divorce -- until now.

Kayte is responding to Camille's comment, "Big hands, big feet, big disappointment."

Rumor has it Kelsey Grammer doesn't have a prenup with his new bride Kayte Walsh -- which makes his song choice at his wedding kind of ironic ... "What Kind of Fool Am I?"


TMZ obtained video of the wedding reception on Friday -- and in another possible bit of foreshadowing, the new couple also danced to "Ain't Too Proud to Beg."

Like Notorious B.I.G. said ... mo' money, mo' problems.

There was an emotional moment during Kelsey Grammer and Kayte Walsh's wedding, TMZ has learned, when Kayte told Kelsey what she wants ... what she really, really wants ... during a karaoke rendition of the Spice Girls classic song, "Wannabe." Zigazig-ha!


Sources at the wedding tell TMZ ... Kayte and her pals did a little karaoke during the party, and Kayte sung "Hotel California" solo. We're told Kelsey and Kayte sang a song by The Killers, with Kelsey singing backup.

The DJ's set list included Lady Gaga's "Poker Face," Beyonce's "Single Ladies," Madonna's "Vogue" and "Brick House" by The Commodores.

As for the sappy emotional stuff, we're told Kelsey told the guests he was first drawn to Kayte's "long sexy neck" (is that a compliment?" and that Kayte asked God to give her a sign if Kelsey was the one ... and she passed by a coffee shop in London called Frasiers.

Flipping through the channels at 2:00 AM would have given her the same sign.

This is the scene -- where Kelsey Grammer, Kayte Walsh and their wedding guests will chow down on ginger prawns and dance the night away for $400 a plate at the Plaza Hotel tonight.

Kelsey Grammer's latest wife Kayte Walsh arrived to her Broadway wedding at the Longacre Theatre today in a white bathrobe.


The fourth Mrs. Grammer likes to keep it casual.

Kelsey's rep sent out a statement at 1:30 PM PT, confirming the couple tied the knot. Hazah!

UPDATE -- Our photog spotted Kelsey and Kayte in the Plaza Hotel, right after they exchanged vows.

Kelsey Grammer just showed up at the Plaza Hotel in New York City where he is set to tie the knot with fiancée Kayte Walsh later today ... and he definitely wasn't "glowing" when our photog wished him luck.


We also spotted several workers coming into the plaza carrying flowers and flatware ... and more flowers. Festivities are set to kick off at 5:30 PM and go 'til 2:00 AM.
