Applegate Files Response in Divorce Case

Christina Applegate filed her response to divorce papers filed by her soon to be ex-husband, Johnathon Schaech, who originally filed for divorce back in Dec. 2005. According to the papers, both parties are seeking attorney's fees and spousal support.

The couple was married for four years before separating and, according to court documents, both are citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

Applegate, star of such films as 'The Sweetest Thing' and 'Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy,' most recently starred on Broadway in 'Sweet Charity.' Schaech is best known for his starring role in 'That Thing You Do.'
