Nick Opens Up

In the latest issue of Rolling Stone -- on newsstands Friday -- Nick Lachey comes clean about his divorce with Jessica Simpson.

Allison Glock, a contributing editor, explains, "He was in a car with Jessica. They had just finished dinner with friends, had a lovely time, and she told him that she thought she wanted to be divorced.

And he was completely blindsided by this."

Nick goes on to say that he doesn't plan on asking for alimony, saying, "l have no intention of filing for spousal support. And I've been clear with Jessica about not wanting it."
