rehabbed oil heirbear after a "business meeting" at E. Baldi restaurant, where as usual, he had a few ursine words of wisdom for our cameras -- this time, the subject was Lindsay Lohan: "Stop driving drunk," wheezed the bear, adding, "She's screwing up her life."
