Oksana Grigorieva in Court
Oksana Grigorieva is in court again in her ongoing custody war with Mel Gibson.
On her way into court, we asked her about her bodyguard/key man Kristian Otto Herzog, who impersonated a police officer (with firearms). Oksana was mum.
As we first reported, Mel is deeply concerned that Herzog is around baby Lucia.
Oksana has refused to keep Herzog away from the baby.
